Citywide · East Nashville · Downtown · Music RowAmericanaFest Takes Over Nashville — 50+ Venues, 5 NightsThe Americana Music Association’s annual festival + conference runs Monday, September 15 through Friday, September 19, and it’s the closest thing Nashville has to SXSW. 300+ artists showcase across 50+ venues — 3rd & Lindsley, City Winery, Basement East, The Blue Room at Third Man, The 5 Spot, and dozens more. Nights are packed: back-to-back showcases starting around 6pm, running past midnight. The Americana Honors & Awards at the Ryman lands Wednesday Sept 17.
