Midtown sits between downtown Broadway and the West End — Centennial Park (home of the Parthenon), Music Row recording studios, and a wave of bars and restaurants along Demonbreun. It’s very close to Lower Broadway, walkable to Vanderbilt, and a quick rideshare to almost everything. Music City Magnolia’s Midtown rentals are the Honky Tonk Party Pads — two side-by-side luxury condos in the same building (Pad Johnny + Pad Dolly), bookable separately or together.

Frequently asked questions
- Are the Honky Tonk Party Pads a duplex?
- No. The Pads are two side-by-side luxury condos in the same Midtown condo building. A duplex is a single building split in two — these are two adjacent condos inside a larger condo building. You can book them solo or together.
- Are the Pads walking distance to Lower Broadway?
- The Pads are in Midtown by Centennial Park, very close to Broadway and Music Row. We don’t market them as the “closest” walk to Broadway — that’s our Mockingbird and Southern Charm rentals. The Pads are closer to Vanderbilt, Centennial Park, and Music Row, with a quick rideshare to Broadway.
- Are the Pads walking distance to Nissan Stadium?
- No. Nissan Stadium is across the river on the East Bank. For walking access to Nissan Stadium, look at Cumberland Retreat or Deacon’s House in East Nashville.
- Can I book both Pads at once for a big group?
- Yes. Booking the two side-by-side Pads together gives you twelve sleeping spots across two adjacent condo units — the same building, same floor, separate front doors.
- Where do I park at the Pads?
- Building parking is available — confirm details at booking. The Pads are in a luxury condo building, not a single-family home with a driveway.
