Yes. Direct bookings go through the same rental agreement, the same damage protection, and the same secure payment processing (Stripe) that we use for every reservation. The professional standards don’t change based on the channel you booked through — it’s the same team, same home, same cleaning protocol.
How much do I actually save by booking direct?
It depends on your dates and property, which is why the calculator above pulls a live quote instead of quoting an average. In general, expect to save the OTA guest service fee — that’s typically 15–20% of the booking on Airbnb, 10% on VRBO, and around 15–18% on Booking.com. For a $500 booking you’re usually saving $50 to $100. For a $2,000 group booking, that jumps to $200 to $400.
What if I need to change my dates after booking?
