The Ultimate Nashville Shopping Guide
Vintage crawls, boutique walks, cowboy boots, and antique day trips — built by the team that runs Nashville’s independent vacation rentals. Every crawl pairs with the closest home to stay in.
This guide maps 120+ stores across 20 neighborhoods and towns — every listing verified, standardized cards with hours, parking, nearby coffee, and lunch — plus 8 walking crawls anchored to a nearby Music City Magnolia rental so you can leave the car parked.
Nashville’s shopping scene is way more than Broadway boot shops and downtown souvenirs. There are entire neighborhoods most tourists never see, and they’re where the good stuff lives — the vintage racks on Gallatin Ave, Reese Witherspoon’s boutique on 12th, Jack White’s record shop in SoBro, the antique malls of Music Valley and Goodlettsville, the design showrooms in Wedgewood-Houston, and the honest small-town Main Street energy of Franklin and Leiper’s Fork.
This is the guide we hand friends who fly in for a weekend and text asking “where do I actually shop?” It’s built the way a Nashville local shops — by neighborhood, with a walking crawl, coffee and lunch already picked out, and a Music City Magnolia rental as the base. If you’re staying at one of our homes, we’ve pinned the nearest crawl to each property so you can leave the car parked.
Every store has been web-verified — hours, website, Instagram, current open/closed status. Nothing on this list is pulled from a 2019 “Best of Nashville” that never got updated. When a shop has moved, closed, or gone mobile-only, we say so.
How to use this guide
- Pick your base. If you’re staying with us, jump to the crawl anchored to your rental. If you’re not, pick a neighborhood and read that section.
- Check the crawl narrative. Each neighborhood has a walking order — “spend an hour at Grimey’s, walk two minutes to Anaconda Vintage, grab coffee at Dose.” Follow it or remix it.
- Read the card. Every store card shows neighborhood, verified hours, price tier, our take, and — this is the part that matters — the closest coffee and weekday lunch. Because Noko isn’t a weekday lunch stop, and neither are half the “must-visit” lists you’ll find elsewhere.
- Book direct. When you’re ready, book your Nashville rental direct with us — no Airbnb service fees, no VRBO markup, and we can send you a private version of this guide with recommendations tailored to your dates.

East Nashville Vintage & Boutique Crawl
Photo: Center 615
East Nashville is where the city’s vintage identity lives. If you only had one afternoon and one neighborhood to shop, this is it. The best strategy is to arrive by 10am on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday and work three sub-clusters: Gallatin Ave (the vintage spine), Fatherland St / Idea Hatchery (the boutique-boxes strip), and Five Points (Grimey’s and the bookstore corner). Plan to rideshare between clusters — walking Gallatin from one end to the other adds up.
Start on Gallatin Ave. Hit The Hip Zipper first — it’s the dean of Nashville vintage and sets the standard for what comes next. Walk half a block to Star Struck for stage-wear rhinestones, cross the street to Anaconda Vintage for denim, and grab coffee at Barista Parlor Golden Sound to reset. If you’re hungry, walk to Two Ten Jack or The Pharmacy — both are open weekday lunch (verified) and both survive the “is this actually a lunch spot?” test.
Then rideshare five minutes south to Fatherland St. This is a walkable strip of ~30 small shops in the Idea Hatchery boxes — Nikki Lane’s High Class Hillbilly is the anchor. Every doorway is a different store. Plan 90 minutes minimum. Coffee at Dose is one block off, and Rosepepper Cantina (weekday-open) is your Tex-Mex lunch move.
Finish at Five Points for Grimey’s (in the old church at 1060 E Trinity Ln), the surrounding bookshops, and a late-afternoon drink at 3 Crow Bar or DINO’s. If you’re staying at Hydrangea (5 Points) or Blooming Bungalow (Inglewood corridor), you’re already home.

12South Boutique Walk
Photo: StyleBlueprint
12South is Nashville’s most walkable shopping strip. Six blocks of storefronts, most of them boutiques, on 12th Ave South between Wedgewood and Kirkwood. This is the crawl to do on a Saturday morning — arrive by 10, park once, walk the whole thing, brunch mid-way, be back at the rental by 2pm with shopping bags and coffee.
Start at the north end (near Reese Witherspoon’s Draper James). Yes, it’s a tourist stop. Yes, the store is genuinely gorgeous — floor-to-ceiling pink and gingham, and the merchandise is actually good. From there, walk south through Judith Bright Jewelry, Serendipity, and stop at Whites Mercantile for the Holly Williams general-store aesthetic. Cross the street to Ranger Station for candles you’ll actually burn.
Coffee break at Frothy Monkey (there for a reason — best patio on the strip, weekday breakfast + lunch open). Then hit the boutique cluster at the corner of Sweetbriar: Emerson Grace, Hero, Hemline. Lunch at Edley’s Bar-B-Que or 12 South Taproom & Grill (both weekday-open). Drinks and dinner at The Henry — the two-story indoor/outdoor spot with the rooftop terrace. If you’re shopping men’s, walk two blocks west to Imogene + Willie’s converted gas station.
Best 12South bases
Bluebird for a small group or a Belmont weekend; Wisteria 12South for two-couple trips or a small bachelorette that needs more room.
Bluebird
12South · Belmont · 0.1 mi to Fisher Center

Whites Mercantile
Celebrity Owned

Coffee, Lunch & Cocktails · 12th Ave South
Germantown & Neuhoff Design Route
Germantown is Nashville’s original design neighborhood — brick streets, ivy-covered warehouses, and a shop density that rewards a slow morning. This is the crawl for the design-industry buyer, the leather nerd, or the couple who wants to buy one really nice thing rather than fifteen small things.
Start at Peter Nappi. His Germantown workshop is where the handmade Italian-leather boots you’ve seen on every Nashville lookbook actually get made. Book an appointment for the full experience — they’ll fit you, talk you through leather choices, and set expectations for the 6–8 week turnaround. Cross a few blocks to Emil Erwin’s workshop for bespoke waxed-canvas bags. Both are appointment-friendly and expect you to spend real money.
Coffee at Steadfast Coffee (verified weekday-open) — a Nashville coffee institution that’s been in Germantown longer than most of the shops. Lunch options: Rolf and Daughters for date-night lunch, City House if it’s a Wednesday–Sunday and you can get in, Butchertown Hall for a more casual patio.
Then walk (or short-rideshare) north into the Neuhoff District — the newer development along the Cumberland River. Neuhoff has galleries, a boutique cluster, and increasingly serious food. It’s the “what’s new in Germantown” answer for 2026.
Mockingbird and Southern Charm in the Hope Gardens/Germantown corner are a 10-minute walk from Peter Nappi. Wildflower and Rocky Top round out the options for larger groups or a Midtown pet-friendly base.
Photo: The Cauble Group
Best Germantown / North Nashville bases
Mockingbird is the walk-to-Germantown flagship. Wildflower is a bigger North Nashville option for larger groups. Rocky Top is a Midtown pet-friendly base that’s a short rideshare to Germantown and to the Country Music Hall of Fame.

You can shop finished pieces off the shelf or book a clay workshop (they include wine + cheese + dessert, so it doubles as a girls-trip activity). Guests staying at Wildflower in Germantown are less than 5 minutes away — build in an hour before or after the Nashville Farmers’ Market.
Coffee, Lunch & Cocktails · Germantown
Coffee, Lunch & Cocktails · Neuhoff District
Downtown, SoBro & the Gulch
Yes — you can shop downtown. No, it doesn’t all have to be Nashville-branded t-shirts. There are pockets of genuinely good retail tucked between the Broadway strip and the tourist restaurants, and they’re worth mapping out.
The anchor is Third Man Records in SoBro — Jack White’s shop, complete with the working Voice-O-Graph booth (yes, you can record your own vinyl in it). Even if you’re not a collector, walk through for the design experience. From there, walk 10 minutes to the Country Music Hall of Fame gift shop for the country-music merch that isn’t made-in-China Broadway junk.
Up in the Gulch: Uncommon James (Kristin Cavallari’s flagship — Instagram-perfect, actually well-priced), Anthropologie, and a handful of small boutiques. Coffee at Frothy Monkey Gulch, lunch at Biscuit Love (weekday-open, unlike half the Instagram “must-visit” brunch spots).
For the weekend farmers-market run, Nashville Farmers’ Market next to Bicentennial Park is your Saturday move. Produce, local goods, and a food hall that stays open through lunch on weekdays too.
Basing downtown gives you several options. Johnny and Dolly sit in a walkable Midtown neighborhood close to Broadway — a quick 5–7 minute rideshare into the honky-tonks, with scooters and e-bikes throughout the neighborhood too. Cumberland Retreat on the East Bank walks to Nissan Stadium. And Mockingbird plus Southern Charm are our two Hope Gardens homes that walk right to Broadway.
Best Downtown / SoBro / Gulch bases
Johnny and Dolly are two side-by-side condo units in a walkable Midtown neighborhood close to Broadway — scooters, e-bikes, and a quick rideshare into the honky-tonks. One of two side-by-side condo units in a walkable Midtown neighborhood close to Broadway. Broadway is a quick 5–7 minute rideshare; scooters and e-bikes are readily available. Best for a shopping-heavy Nashville trip where downtown, the Gulch, and SoBro are all short rides.
Honky Tonk Party Pad — Dolly
Midtown by Centennial Park · Close to Broadway (5–7 min rideshare)
Sister to Johnny — second of the two side-by-side condo units in the same Midtown building. Same rideshare access to Broadway, the Gulch, and SoBro; book both units together for a larger group of up to 12.

Price: $200 – $700+.
Best for: a lifetime boot in real leather. Staff who know lasts, stretching, and fit — ask.
Boot Country
The deal: Buy 1 Get 2 Free on Broadway.
Price: ~$150 for three pairs (~$50 each).
Best for: bachelorette-weekend souvenirs. Imported, thin leather, don’t expect them to age well — but the deal is real and the photos are iconic.
Betty Boots
Vibe: rhinestones, novelty colors, wedding-white cowgirl boots, bride sashes.
Price: $60 – $200.
Best for: the bride’s night-out boot, matching bridesmaid pairs, and any guest who wants something loud. Better vibes than Boot Country, similar quality tier.
French’s Shoes & Boots
The deal: multi-pair discount stacks similar to Boot Country.
Price: $50 – $180 per pair after discount.
Best for: another Broadway option if the line at Boot Country is too long. Same quality tier — know what you’re getting.
Guest tip we give every time: if you’re only buying one pair, buy them at Nashville Boot Co. If you want the “three pairs, Broadway photos, don’t-care-if-they-die” souvenir move, that’s Boot Country or Betty Boots.

Music Valley & Donelson Antique Day
Music Valley is the antique-mall zone closest to downtown — a 15-minute drive northeast on the Cumberland, adjacent to the Grand Ole Opry. If you love the treasure-hunt shopping model (booth after booth, individual sellers, cash-preferred), this is your day.
Start at Music Valley Antique Mall — 200+ booths across two floors. Plan 90 minutes minimum. This is the largest single antique venue in the metro area, and it delivers the whole spectrum: mid-century, primitives, glass, Southern estate finds, sports memorabilia, records. Bring cash for individual sellers who don’t take card, and wear shoes you can stand in for two hours.
Coffee at Bongo Java Music Valley or head into Opryland for a break at one of the hotel cafes. Lunch options are limited in the immediate Music Valley strip — most guests either eat at the Opryland Hotel or drive 10 minutes into Donelson for a proper lunch spot.
Music Valley is also the sensible pre- or post-Grand Ole Opry shopping stop if you have Opry tickets that night. Antique mall in the afternoon, dinner nearby, Opry at 7pm.
Dreamwood is the only Music City Magnolia rental in the Music Valley/Donelson corridor — this crawl is a 5-minute drive from your front door.

Wedgewood-Houston, 8th Ave & Berry Hill Design Trail
This is the design-nerd’s Saturday. Wedgewood-Houston (“WeHo”) is the art-gallery-and-design-showroom neighborhood; 8th Ave South is old-school antique row; Berry Hill is the small enclave with a handful of design shops and — the reason people drive here — the Goodwill Outlet.
Start early at Goodwill Outlet Berry Hill (also called “the bins”). Pay by the pound, come with gloves, plan to be filthy, don’t come between shift changes. This is bin-hunting at its most intense — Nashville stylists, resellers, and vintage store owners are here at 8am picking. If that’s not your speed, skip it and go straight to WeHo.
In Wedgewood-Houston: Turnip Green Creative Reuse (nonprofit reuse store — every dollar funds environmental education for Nashville kids), gallery spaces on Merritt Ave, and design showrooms on Houston St. Coffee at Falcon Coffee Bar, lunch at Bastion for a splurge or Diskin Cider for the beer-food combo.
Then head to 8th Ave South — Nashville’s traditional antique row. Providence Interiors, Preservation Station (architectural salvage — doors, mantels, hardware), and a strip of smaller antique shops. This is where you buy the piece; the WeHo galleries are where you go to look.
Magnolia in Crieve Hall is 10 minutes north of the crawl; Lonestar (sister-host) is a 1BR right on the 8th Ave South / Melrose corridor for the closest possible base to antique row.

Pan-Asia Supermarket
International Grocery / Snacks & Treats
Opened Feb 2026 and instantly became the best snack-run in Middle Tennessee. Five acres of imported groceries, a real fresh-seafood counter, an in-store bakery, a sushi bar, boba, and a food-court with roast duck that sells out by afternoon. If you’re staying at Dreamwood in Music Valley or anywhere on the south/east side, this is the fun-treats stop — kids love the Pocky wall, adults love the boba, and you’ll leave with a bag of things you can’t get at Kroger. Go before 2pm for the food court. Great pair with a Nolensville Goodwill run on the same trip.

Belle Meade, Green Hills & The Nations
Photo: AJ Capital Partners
The west-side crawl is really three shorter stops that add up to a good afternoon: Belle Meade for fine antiques, designer consignment, and Nashville’s beloved children’s boutique Magpies; Green Hills for the bookstore and boutique cluster; and The Nations for a quirkier weird-and-wonderful strip on 51st Ave N.
Start in Green Hills. Parnassus Books — Ann Patchett’s independent bookstore — is one of the great small bookshops in the country, and the Green Hills mall area has enough surrounding retail to make a morning of it. Coffee at Frothy Monkey Green Hills, lunch at Chuy’s or one of the boutique cafes.
Drive 8 minutes to Belle Meade for the Harding Rd design and consignment strip. This is where Nashville old money resale ends up — the racks stay stocked. Serious jewelry, serious antiques, serious dollars. Add Magpies on Hwy 100 for the Nashville-baby-gift or grandkid stop, and Phillips Toy Mart on Harding for the old-school independent toy shop.
Finish in The Nations — 51st Ave N corridor. This is the young, art-forward stretch on the west side. Smaller shops, food halls, and a couple of vintage stores tucked between the newer restaurants.
None of the west-side crawl is walkable end-to-end — plan to drive between clusters. There’s no MCM anchor property on the west side yet, so if this is your day, base anywhere in our portfolio and quick drive or rideshare from any property.
The best Nashville bookstore day is Parnassus in Green Hills → lunch in Belle Meade → McKay Used Books in Bellevue in the afternoon. Add all three and you’re at ~5 hours of good bookshopping.

Franklin, Leiper’s Fork & Goodlettsville Day Trip
Photo: Visit Franklin
Get out of Nashville. This is a full-day itinerary — you leave the city, you shop three small towns, you come home tired and happy. Choose one of two directions: south (Franklin + Leiper’s Fork) or north (Goodlettsville). Or, if you’re on a long weekend, split it into two days.
South route — Franklin + Leiper’s Fork
Downtown Franklin’s Main Street is one of the best-preserved small-town Main Streets in the South. Brick storefronts, walkable in one hour, and a shop density that respects your time. Anchor stops: Whites Mercantile Franklin (Holly Williams’ original), Landmark Booksellers, and a rotating cluster of boutiques and gift shops. Coffee at Frothy Monkey Franklin, lunch at Puckett’s Grocery or The Franklin Mercantile Deli (both weekday-open, verified).
Then drive 20 minutes west to Leiper’s Fork. This is the version of Nashville that people romanticize — one main road, a couple of galleries, a general store, and rolling hills. Serenite Maison and the Leiper’s Fork Country Store are the anchors. If you’re there on a Sunday, the village hosts live music at Puckett’s. If you’re staying at our sister-host property Lyric at Leiper’s Fork, you’re home.
North route — Goodlettsville antique run
Goodlettsville N Main St is a walkable antique strip 20 minutes north of downtown. Goodlettsville Antique Mall is the anchor — mid-century, primitives, and Southern estate finds. Next door is Rare Bird Antiques, smaller and more curated. Add Lovetrain Antiques to round out the strip. If you’re serious about antique-mall shopping, this is the best half-day-out-of-town run in the metro.
Bonus: Hendersonville
If you have extra time on the north route, add Hendersonville — 30 minutes from downtown, on Old Hickory Lake. A few good antique shops and a lake-town lunch spot.
Franklin’s Main Street Festival is late April, Pumpkinfest is late October, and Dickens of a Christmas is mid-December. These are the three days a year when downtown Franklin is elbow-to-elbow. Come any other Saturday for a normal, non-chaotic walk.
Best Franklin / Leiper’s Fork bases
Lyric at Leiper’s Fork (sister-host) puts you inside the village on 12 private acres. Magnolia is our Crieve Hall property — 25 minutes north, an easy commute to Franklin and a shorter one for Leiper’s Fork.

Leiper’s Fork · Sister-host · Pet-Friendly · 12 private acres
Sister-host property on 12 private acres in Leiper’s Fork. If your Nashville trip is really a Franklin + Leiper’s Fork trip — antique row, gallery walking, general-store lunches — this is the base.

HomeSense (Murfreesboro)
Home Décor Big-Box (Off-Price)
The closest HomeSense to Nashville is at The Avenue in Murfreesboro — about 35 minutes south of downtown. Think T.J. Maxx’s home-only sister store: name-brand rugs, chandeliers, wall art, chunky lamps, and furniture at off-price. Not everyone will make the drive, but if you’re heading to Franklin, Arrington Vineyards, or south-side attractions anyway, it’s an easy add. Worth it for the rug and lighting selection alone.

The Temporary Golf Store
Vintage Golf Apparel + Gear
A small, curated vintage golf shop that’s been earning quiet word-of-mouth around Nashville — think retro logo polos, old-school putters, and the kind of gear that looks better with wear. Because the storefront hours can shift, check their Instagram before you drive over. Guests who golf are always looking for a Nashville-specific piece to bring home, and this is where you find it — not at PGA Superstore.
Markets, Estates & Salvage
The Instagram-famous boutiques get all the ink. But if you’re a real hunter — the kind who wants a 1940s brass sconce, a monthly flea, a shed of architectural doors, or an estate-sale rocking chair with a story — this is the section that matters. These are the venues, markets, and companies that most Nashville shopping guides miss.
Monthly & Seasonal Flea Markets
Two markets anchor Nashville’s flea-and-craft calendar — one enormous, one curated — and both live at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds. Check dates before you drive out; some Nashville guides list old dates.

Architectural Salvage & Antique Elements

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the best Nashville neighborhoods for shopping?
East Nashville is the best all-around shopping neighborhood — the biggest cluster of vintage, records, and boutiques. 12South is the most walkable strip. Germantown is the design and leather goods hub. Music Valley is your antique-mall day. Franklin’s Main Street is the best day trip out of town.
Where should I shop for cowboy boots in Nashville — Nashville Boot Co, Boot Country, Betty Boots, or French's?
For a real boot you’ll wear for years: Nashville Boot Co (Lucchese, Old Gringo, Corral, Ariat, $200–$700+). For the Broadway bachelorette photo op: Boot Country runs “Buy 1 Get 2 Free” (~$50/pair) and Betty Boots has the rhinestones and bride-white novelty pairs. French’s is another Broadway tourist option in the same quality tier as Boot Country. If you want handmade Italian leather instead of Western, Peter Nappi in Germantown is the splurge; Lucchese Bootmaker’s SoBro flagship is the heritage American brand.
What's the best vintage shopping in Nashville?
East Nashville. Start at The Hip Zipper on Gallatin Ave — it’s the dean of Nashville vintage. From there, the whole Gallatin Ave / Fatherland St / Five Points triangle is walking-and-rideshare accessible. Plan half a day minimum.
Is Draper James actually worth visiting?
Yes. Reese Witherspoon’s 12South flagship is a genuine destination — the store design is gorgeous, the merchandise is well-made, and the sweet-tea-and-monogram aesthetic delivers exactly what it promises. Best for a daughter’s-birthday dress or a Southern-hostess gift.
Where are Nashville's best antique malls?
Music Valley Antique Mall (200+ booths, largest venue closest to downtown), Goodlettsville Antique Mall (the day-trip anchor), and Rare Bird Antiques next door. For east-siders, East Nashville Antiques & Vintage on Trinity Ln is smaller and more curated.
What days should I plan a Nashville shopping trip?
Wednesday through Saturday, late morning to mid-afternoon. Many independent shops close Monday and Tuesday. Fatherland St shops open at 11am. Sunday afternoons are quieter in some neighborhoods (like Germantown) but busier in others (like 12South).
Where can I find celebrity-owned Nashville stores?
Draper James (Reese Witherspoon, 12South), Third Man Records (Jack White, SoBro), Uncommon James (Kristin Cavallari, downtown/the Gulch), Whites Mercantile (Holly Williams, 12South and Franklin), and Manuel Couture (the man who dressed Johnny Cash).
Where is the Nashville Farmers' Market and when is it open?
Nashville Farmers’ Market is next to Bicentennial Park at 900 Rosa L Parks Blvd, downtown. Open year-round — the outdoor sheds run daily with a market house that includes a food hall and permanent vendors. Best on Saturday mornings.
Is Nashville shopping walkable?
Some strips yes, most no. Walkable: 12th Ave South, Fatherland St, downtown Franklin, Leiper’s Fork. Not walkable: East Nashville between clusters, Music Valley, WeHo, Belle Meade — plan to rideshare between stops.
What's the best rainy-day shopping in Nashville?
Music Valley Antique Mall (200+ booths, easy to spend 2 hours), Goodlettsville Antique Mall + Rare Bird next door (all indoor), McKay Used Books in Bellevue (cavernous, easy afternoon), and Parnassus Books in Green Hills for a slower rainy-day option.
Where are the best gift shops in Nashville?
Batch Nashville for curated local-maker boxes, Two Son for design-forward small goods, Whites Mercantile for the Southern general-store gift, Ranger Station for candles Nashville locals actually burn, and Lemon Laine for apothecary-style beauty gifts.
Where should I stay to be closest to the best shopping?
For East Nashville shopping: Hydrangea (Five Points, pet-friendly) or Blooming Bungalow (Inglewood corridor). For 12South: Bluebird (Belmont, one-minute walk to the strip). For Germantown design shops and downtown: Mockingbird or Southern Charm (both Hope Gardens/Germantown, walk to Broadway). For Music Valley antiques: Dreamwood. For the west/south quieter base: Magnolia (Crieve Hall, pet-friendly).
When is the Nashville Flea Market and where is it held?
The Nashville Flea Market runs the 4th weekend of every month (3rd weekend in December) at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds in South Nashville. Friday and Saturday 8am–5pm, Sunday 8am–4pm. 800+ vendors across four buildings, free admission, $10 cash parking. No pets. Come Friday morning for the least crowded shopping.
When is Porter Flea and what makes it different from the regular Nashville Flea Market?
Porter Flea is Nashville’s juried indie-maker market — not the vintage-heavy monthly flea. It runs twice a year at the Nashville Fairgrounds: Summer Market (June 12–13, 2026) and Holiday Market (December 12–13, 2026). About 200 designers, ceramicists, printmakers, jewelers, and apparel makers. Friday preview is $25 ticketed; Saturday main day is free.
Where can I find estate sales in Nashville?
EstateSales.net is the definitive Nashville directory — every reputable local company posts their weekend sales there with photos and preview times. Most sales run Thursday–Sunday with prices dropping 25–50% on the final day. Bring cash and come early Saturday for best selection, or Sunday afternoon for the discounts. Local companies to know: Estate Greats Nashville, Grace Estate Sales, Right of Passage Estate Sales.
Where can I find architectural salvage in Nashville?
Preservation Station on 8th Ave South is the Nashville institution — antique lighting, mantels, doors, hardware, stained glass, open Tuesday–Saturday 9am–5pm since 2003. Habitat ReStore is the budget-friendly reuse option for furniture and building materials. Dumpster Divers in Leiper’s Fork carries eclectic folk-art salvage that pairs well with a Franklin day trip.
What are the best holiday markets in Nashville?
Porter Flea Holiday Market (December 12–13, 2026 at the Fairgrounds) is the single best day for indie-maker holiday shopping. The Nashville Flea Market shifts to the third weekend of December. Dickens of a Christmas in downtown Franklin is mid-December — Victorian-costumed festival with artisan booths. Follow @portercraftfair and @12southnashville on Instagram for pop-ups the week of.
Where do locals thrift-shop in Nashville?
Southern Thrift (huntsthrift.com) has five Nashville locations — the largest nonprofit thrift chain in the metro. Habitat ReStore is the go-to for furniture and building materials. Goodwill’s Nolensville Pike location has the best clothing turnover. Best thrift day is midweek before the weekend rush; Sundays are 50%-off-color-tag days at most stores.
