When Nashville says "go big," these two side-by-side luxury condos are the answer. The Honky Tonk Party Pads sit in the heart of the West End corridor — minutes from Demonbreun Street, Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Midtown's best bar crawls right outside your door. Book one pad for a smaller group or reserve both and bring the whole crew: together, they sleep 12 across four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, with two king primaries and two queen guest rooms all dressed in DreamCloud mattresses and luxury bedding.
Each condo has its own full kitchen, private balcony, Bose soundbar, smart TV with YouTubeTV, Alexa, blackout shades, electric fireplace, and board games. These aren't stripped-down hotel-room rentals — they're thoughtfully stocked homes that give you everything you need to pregame, decompress, and do it all again tomorrow.
The building delivers resort-level amenities at no extra cost. Tito's Mexican Restaurant is steps away with a shaded patio and frozen drinks that make the perfect pre-Broadway warm-up. The seasonal resort pool runs late May through mid-September. There's a fitness center when you need to balance out the honky-tonks, a fire pit, a Weber grill, a business center, and free covered garage parking.
These pads are the top pick in Nashville for bachelorette parties — and for good reason. You get a prime Midtown location, the layout of two private units that keep groups social without anyone sleeping on a couch, and two Luonto king sleeper sofas for that final two guests who always sneak in. HOUSE RULES / RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS
By booking and staying at this property, you agree to the following House Rules. These rules apply to all guests and visitors during your stay.
PRIMARY GUEST & VERIFICATION
The guest who books and pays must be 21+, verified, and stay at the property for the entire reservation.
The primary guest is financially and legally responsible for all guests, damages, and rule compliance.
A separate e-signed Rental Agreement and government-issued photo ID are required prior to arrival. Failure to complete the Rental Agreement and provide Photo-ID result in termination of the reservation subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
NO THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS
Reservations may not be booked on behalf of others.
The booking guest must be the guest staying at the property.
Unauthorized third-party bookings may be canceled without refund.
GUEST COUNT & OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy: 12 guests at all times.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
This is not a party or event property.
Parties, events, or unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in immediate termination, enforcement fees, and a minimum $500 fine.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet Hours: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Loud or amplified music is prohibited at all times.
Please respect our residential neighbors.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 3PM
Check-out: 11AM
Early check-in or late check-out requires booking additional nights and is subject to availability.
Staying past checkout may incur $50 per half-hour plus damages if cleaning is delayed.
For security, we do not allow luggage drop off/storage, however we can connect you with several local companies that provide luggage services, along with exclusive discounts.
PARKING
Private two-story garage with open parking in un-numbered spaces only.
Do not park in reserved or numbered spaces—vehicles may be towed.
Street parking may be available nearby.
Guests are responsible for their vehicles and must park legally and securely.
NO PETS
No pets of any kind.
Undisclosed pets incur a $300 minimum fine, additional cleaning fees, and possible cancellation.
ENTRY CODE
We use a keyless locking system. Your personal code will be sent at 11 AM local-time on arrival day, and programmed to begin and expire on your rental dates. Please remember the code is good for the entire length of your stay so do not give it out to anyone other than the registered Guest(s) to prevent security issues. Also, watch your surroundings when entering and/or talking about the key code. This is for your safety and the safety of our Rental. You are responsible for the Rental and its content during the dates/times of this agreement.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not permitted.
Approved Service Dogs must:
Remain with their handler at all times
Not be left unattended or crated
Stay off furniture and bedding
Noise complaints or damages caused by an animal may result in cancellation without refund.
NO SMOKING OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
This is a strictly smoke-free property (including vaping) indoors.
No illegal drugs or underage drinking.
Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of deposits.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Exterior security cameras monitor entrances and common exterior areas.
No interior cameras.
Tampering with security devices results in immediate cancellation.
FURNITURE & PROPERTY CARE
Furniture and décor may not be moved.
Damage or unauthorized rearranging may result in charges.
DECORATIONS
No tape, nails, adhesives, glitter, or confetti.
Wall damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.
COMMERCIAL USE
No photography, filming, or commercial activity without written approval.
Additional fees and agreements may apply.
CLEANING & DAMAGES
Guests must leave the home in reasonable condition.
Excessive cleaning (biohazards, stains, glitter, odors, trash misuse, etc.) may incur $100–$250+ or full replacement cost.
Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged.
TOWELS/LINENS
While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not part of the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens/bedding to be taken from the Property. Cleaning fees charged upon booking are for the standard cleaning, laundry and stocking required to prepare the Rental for the next Guest(s). We try to provide you with an extremely nice home, so we ask that you please take good care of it. If you would like to have a housekeeper come in mid-week at a charge, please contact us and we will arrange it for an additional fee.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Gym, pool, elevators, and shared amenities are used at your own risk.
Availability is not guaranteed.
No lifeguard on duty at the pool.
MAIL & DELIVERIES
Mail is not permitted.
Packages are delivered at guest’s own risk; Owner is not responsible for lost items.
RESTRICTIONS
No services may be charged to the rental. No transferring your rental time to another person(s) or registering under a false name/false age or exceeding the maximum occupancy at any time. Violation of any rules results in additional fees as outlined, forfeits the deposit and any rent paid, and results in agreement to vacate the Rental Property at the Owner’s discretion.
FIREARMS
Firearms are not permitted inside the property.
If present, they must be secured out of sight in a locked vehicle.
CANCELLATIONS & TRAVEL ISSUES
All cancellations follow the policy selected at booking.
No refunds for weather, travel delays, illness, events, or personal circumstances.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
ACKNOWLEGEMENTS
Rental is accessible by elevator. In the event of emergency stairs may be required.
FINAL NOTE
Failure to follow House Rules may result in immediate cancellation, removal from the property, and additional charges as permitted by law.
